Account records are kept for the period required under Indian financial and gaming regulations. Once that period expires, personal data is deleted from our systems on a scheduled basis without requiring a separate request from you.

Data Access Rights

Eligibility depends on local law and is available where local law permits in India. When you register, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements applicable in your state or union territory under current Indian law.

We collect the information needed to verify your identity, process transactions via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe, and maintain your account. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for these operational and legal purposes.

Log into your account, go to Settings, and select 'Legal Requests'. Submit a data-export request there. We will deliver a full export to your registered email within seven working days of receiving your request.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via the Legal Requests form. We will erase your data once we have met any retention obligations required by Indian law, and we will confirm deletion to your registered email address.
